How to buy artwork
1:ORDERS
Shipping & Delivery charges
-
You can use my website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your cart. Items you do not require can be removed from your cart at any time. If you prefer to order by telephone you can do so by calling +44 75030 80624.
-
Shipping charges will be given before you commit to buy anything.
-
You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
-
I use secure payment facilities for online purchases. We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Plus also PayPal and BACS. This site uses an Extended Value SSL Certificate using 2056 bit encryption.
-
All prices quoted on my website are in UK pounds and include UK Value Added Tax at the current rate. If you purchase from a country or territory that is not subject to UK VAT you may be able to claim that back once your goods are received.
-
For non-UK countries there may charges for importing goods, even though art and antiquities are rated at zero (International HS code for sculpture: 970300 and for paintings: 970110). However, it is your responsibility to pay import duty if charged.
-
Once your order is complete I will notify you of the dispatch date (normally around 5 working days after checkout).
-
Delivery charges are set according to destination and painting size
-
All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days
-
I aim to get your parcel to UK addresses within 10 working days from dispatch. If you require faster delivery or delivery to other parts of the world then feel free to email me and I will get back to you as quickly as possible to accommodate your needs or answer any queries.
-
A courier or shipping agent will normally deliver goods within 2-3 working days of dispatch for the UK and 8-10 days for overseas shipments.
-
Your goods will be delivered to the address you gave on your order. You must be at home to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday. I will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
-
After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to my studio and I then reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery fee.
-
If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, I reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.
-
Please check the goods on delivery – please notify the delivery driver of any damaged goods at the time of delivery or inform myself within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
-
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let me know promptly.
Return Policy
Cancel an order
What is our return policy?
Returning an item couldn’t be easier. If you’re not completely happy with your artwork, you have 14 days from the date you received the piece to request a replacement or arrange a return.

-
To do this, please e-mail: ariecoetzee@yahoo.co.uk and I will send you a returns confirmation and a return address. I am unable to accept any returns by phone.
-
You do not have to give any reason for returning an item. However, a brief explanation will help me to improve the service I offer to customers in the future.
-
If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 14 days, complete with the original packaging to me at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
-
Business customers, or customers exempt from the distance selling regulations may not return an order without our mutual agreement. This returns policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or incorrectly described.
-
After I have received the art work, I will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the goods returned.

For a simple, fast service, you’ll need to make sure of the following:

-
The artwork arrived within 14 days of your request
-
The artwork is in its original packaging and in the same condition as it arrived.
-
Please print the return confirmation email and include it with the art work when returning the work. We advise you to opt for a signed for delivery, as we are not able to accept responsibility for items that fail to reach us.

Faulty Goods / Guarantee

-
If the unthinkable happens and your artwork arrives damaged, please follow the returns process outlined above. Some detailed photos of any damage sustained would also be really helpful. If you can manage to retain the original packaging, that would be great too!
-
If an exchange is possible, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at my studio and checked. The cost of returning goods to me is your responsibility, however on inspection I will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.

How Can I Cancel My Order
If you would like to cancel your order, please email: ariecoetzee@yahoo.co.uk as soon as possible to notify me that you wish to cancel. If the order has already been processed, you will have to follow the standard return process described above.
